We recently executed a Letter of Intent to acquire a profitable and rapidly growing energy services company. In addition, we have been performing extensive due diligence on companies that provide utility rebate and verification programs, energy efficient lighting, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technologies.

Our vision is to partner with innovative companies that have a proven track record in developing and commercializing clean technology products and services.
